How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders typically process within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes 3-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unworn shoes in their original packaging. Simply use our online portal to generate a prepaid return label. Please note that a small restocking fee may apply to certain returns.
Do you offer wide or narrow width options?
Many of our styles feature adjustable straps, laces, and removable footbeds to accommodate various foot shapes. While we mainly produce standard widths, several of our best-selling sneakers and sandals are known for being 'wide-friendly' due to their adjustable nature.

Can I replace the footbeds in my Taos shoes?
Yes! Many of our closed-toe styles and sneakers feature our signature removable footbeds, allowing you to replace them with fresh Taos inserts or your own custom orthotics.
