At Taos Footwear, we want you to love your shoes as much as we do, which is why we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for unworn items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
After completing the online request, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.
Pack and Ship
Place your unworn footwear in the original shoe box and secure it within a shipping carton before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 7-10 business days.
